Building inspectors
The aim of a pre-purchase inspection: to give the client a better understanding of the condition of the building in question, at the time of the inspection.
By accompanying the inspector during the inspection, the client is able to become familiar with a potential future property and its characteristics. The client will also obtain precise answers to any questions as they arise. What does a pre-purchase inspection involve when carried out by an AIBQ member? It includes an inspection of all systems and components of the building that are visible and accessible.
